When the girls' body and soul feel healthy inside outside?

After eid fitr I got sick, tired, headache in 3-4 days. My whole body felt muscle fatigue ๐Ÿ˜ญ
And you know 1 week later, my waist, my tail bone on left really really pain! I was afraid if it was "syaraf kejepit" ๐Ÿ˜ญ
I went to puskesmas but the doctor guess I was just "asam urat" ๐Ÿ˜’ so my blood has cecked and the result yeah low "asam urat" ๐Ÿ˜ช
I was given vit B and one else that I don't know, and was recommended to eat kind of bean.
It was not finished yet. 
2 days ago, I got "kringet dingin" and headache like vertigo! My stomach was felt tornado, wanted to vomit ๐Ÿคฎ
I thought I would die, but I did not see the angel of death ๐Ÿ˜ญ 
I forced to eat boiled egg, only half finished, yeah everything in my stomach finally came out ๐Ÿคฎ
I went to igd rs haji, with mentari, ami, wewen, qia, thanks gais 
Would be infushed but I couldn't imagine my blood vessel like before some years ago.. so I was given some medicine, thanks bpjs, free!

Why why why, I was late eat? Or after ate dadar beredar sambal paru?
But maybe because psycosomatic ๐Ÿ˜ญ
Thought about article, it almost deadline and about ..........
Or maybe my body shocked because the ramadan routine to after that is so contrast 
Yeah so many assumptions

Today I back to cook again like early ramadan. And try to consist to always cook for my body, soul, healthy, and yeah also finance. At least not that wasteful like sopifud ๐Ÿ˜ญ

sego goreng

Woke up early so I could pray subuh on time and didn't back to sleep again. Alhamdulillah 
The waether is so cloudy, and the air sometimes cold sometimes felt stifflingly hot. 
You know? I was so bored with social media, I thought I got brain rot ๐Ÿ˜ญ I couldn't focus for a long time on task or like reading the important things, even just for watch series. The things that I wanted is just scroll social media but felt bored too.
So I decided to uninstall my social media such as instagram, twitter, facebook. Yes there is still tiktok but I don't have account and I don't interest contents on tiktok so I think it shouldn't be uninstall. Yeah, although I opened and scrolled until spent time too long, but not like another social media. Not only that, it could make me to open linkedin frequently, and remind me to prepare my phd. Yok bismillah, fighting!
Day by day, I got more bored, there was no entertainment. Maybe install blogger is better. I try to focus with my self and reflecting everything that happened to me.
And this is, voila!
The last content is in 2020 omg, now is 2025!
Before I wrote these, I red all of posts. How cute I am with "absurd mind" ๐Ÿฆฅ
It made me want to post more stories and thought ๐Ÿฆ–

For started, I will tell you about fried rice, sego goreng.
I wanted to eat fried rice because yesterday mbak ufi video called me and she made fried rice.. hmm 
I went to local small shop (warung) near from boarding house. Bought five eggs, chilli, shallot, and tempe for just in case.
The ingredients of fried rice are:
3/4 cup rice, and cook with a half under first line water
1 red chilli
1 fine chilli
1 garlic
1-2 shallot
1 aromatic ginger (uk 1 ruas kelingking)
1/4 tsp salt in pound seasoning
1/4 tsp salt in add seasoning
1 egg
Better don't add soysauce for better taste
But, I added because I was afraid if it was too spicy, yeah in the end I regretted it ๐Ÿ™‚
I also made omlette, not really omlette, we usually call it "ndog dadar". For what? More satisfying ๐Ÿคฐ๐Ÿป

That's it. I will do another thing, see ya
